This is a BEAUTIFUL Natural Cedar (made to resist weather, rot, etc..) features an overhanging roof to allow water to run off.  It also has a vent in the back to ensure good air flow for the baby birds inside!  The bottom can be opened by removing two screws to allow easy clean out.   The floor of the birdhouse has drainage holes as well. 
 
This birdhouse is not only beautiful, but very functional!  The included chain makes hanging very easy!
